  i'm sure many of us have seen the local design construction video for elders that was leaked on youtube.

  i saw a few seconds of it and was going to the library to download it, but at that point it was taken offline.

  now, a heavily edited version is on jw broadcasting.

I saw a few seconds of it and was going to the library to download it, but at that point it was taken offline. Now, a heavily edited version is on JW Broadcasting. Has anyone downloaded the original version when they had the chance? Thanks for reading.

  let's see... the wts has released only very brief clips of the photo drama, a vhs quality transfer of the new world society in action on jw broadcasting, and fleeting clips from heritage and the color convention films.

  heritage is available on youtube in low quality.

  does anybody know of availability of other films, especially the much hyped god cannot lie?

  Just curious, is the copy of the New World Society you have transferred from another source and NOT from the version released by the society in the 90s? If so, even if it's lower quality, there may be changes, you never know.

  Sorry, I wasn't trying to bash your YouTube copy, I do appreciate it. As far as God Cannot Lie, it was said to be color, their first film with a soundtrack, on location shoots and dealt with prophecy, made the same year as Heritage.

The WTS has released only very brief clips of the Photo drama, a VHS quality transfer of The New World Society in Action on JW Broadcasting, and fleeting clips from Heritage and the color convention films. Heritage is available on YouTube in low quality. Does anybody know of availability of other films, especially the much hyped God Cannot Lie? It may have had a 1975 or generation reference.

  i thought this was kinda' funny...a friend of ours just posted a instagram photo of the guy who played the prodigal son (josh orton) in the jw video, giving the sunday talk this morning at the hall he is attending.. there are a lot of ooooh and aaaaah comments about this guys celebrity status and people claiming to have known him or been in the same congregation as he was.. one of the people who commented on the photo is the on again off again sarcastic jw brother-in-law of our friend.. he said " nice to see that the prodigal son is doing so much better now".

  Mystery solved (ish): I just watched the interviews on The Prodigal Returns DVD, and the real name of the actor that played him is Casey. Josh Orton played Timothy in the 2007 DVD Pursue Goals that Honor God. Don't ask me how the Instagram users got the names mixed up.

  is the actor himself in the photo? I just can't figure out how the same name would happen to be used years apart for two different people who just happened to star in WT films.

  Woh woh woh . . . Seven years ago, an MTS graduate told me that he knew the guy who played Timothy in the DVD that came out that year, and he said HIS name was Josh Orton. I even wrote it down so I wouldn't forget. Can you explain?
